SWBCA's Strategic Aims:
Representation - to enable effective and accountable representation of the voluntary/community sector in the South West area of Birmingham.
Liaison - to encourage networking and enable the South West Voluntary/community sector to share knowledge, information and skills.
Our mission is to support small local voluntary and community organisations to develop so that they can serve their community effectively and efficiently.
As one of the members of the development agency network, which cover different geographical areas of the city, we aim to work in many ways to promote the voluntary and community sector. We provide services for not for profit organisations in the Edgbaston and Northfield areas covering Longbridge, Weoley, Northfield, Kings Norton, Edgbaston, Quinton, Bartley Green, Harbourne and Bounville wards.
